Line Dancing At Ysleta

Ysleta Branch Library will be presenting a Line Dance class on Wednesday January 11, 2012 at 5:00 pm. If you have never line danced this is your opportunity for some great instruction and a good time. Line dancing is a choreographed dance with a repeated sequence of steps and moves in which a group of people move together in one or more lines or rows. Don’t miss the fun; put on your dancing shoes and join us!

Author visit - Sergio Troncoso!

Join us this  Tuesday ,  November 5th  at  5 pm , as we welcome author and educator Sergio Troncoso at the Sergio Troncoso Branch Library . In 2014, the El Paso City Council voted unanimously to rename the Ysleta Branch Public Library in honor of Sergio Troncoso.  Now you can visit with Mr. Troncoso as he reads from his latest book A Peculiar Kind of Immigrant's Son . Do you like bugs?  Do you like stories?  Do you like bugs, and stories, and crafts?  If so, join us here at the Sergio Troncoso Public Library for a very special creepy-crawly story time presented by the El Paso Zoo ! Like all library story times, this event is free and open to the public!  On Wednesday, October 9 at 2 pm here at the Sergio Troncoso Public Library, there will be  BUGS!
