Chet Gecko Makes an Appearance at YS!
Everyone’s favorite, Chet Gecko Private Eye, paid a visit to the Ysleta Branch Library on June 7, 2012. The kids all enjoyed meeting and getting to know this detective and lizard of mystery. Our young patrons participated in story time, a drawing contest and merriment. Chet used his gumshoe skills to select the winner of the drawing contest. He was pleased with all the drawings of his likeness, but ultimately had to select one. He urges all kids to read the Chet Gecko Mysteries available at the Ysleta Branch. RR
