New Hours And Programs At Ysleta!

The Ysleta Branch Library has new hours open to the public. Patrons will now be able to use their library an additional 11 hours per week. With the previous schedule the library was open 37 hours and now we are open 48 hours. The new schedule also applies to all branch libraries and are as follows:
                                                Monday                               10:00am – 6:00pm
                                Tuesday thru Thursday                       10:00am – 7:00pm
                                                Fridays                                 1:00pm  -  6:00pm
                                                Saturday                              10:00am – 6:00pm

We have also increased programming including classes, group meetings, storytimes and a movie matinee. These activities are offered to our patrons at no cost and are as follows:
                               
                                                Citizenship Class  - Tues  5:00p - 6:45p
                                                Crochet Group  - Mon & Wed  12:00p-3:00p
                                                Intro to Computers Class  -  Wed  5:30p - 6:30p
                                                                                            Thurs   10:00a - 11:00a

                                                Latinitas  -  3:30p -5:30p   begins 9/16/2011
                                               Movie Matinee  -  Sat  3:00p - 5:30p

CREEPY CRAWLY STORY TIME!

Do you like bugs?  Do you like stories?  Do you like bugs, and stories, and crafts?  If so, join us here at the Sergio Troncoso Public Library for a very special creepy-crawly story time presented by the El Paso Zoo ! Like all library story times, this event is free and open to the public!  On Wednesday, October 9 at 2 pm here at the Sergio Troncoso Public Library, there will be  BUGS! We'll read stories about bugs, make bug crafts, and visit with some real live insects!   See you this Wednesday!
